 How to make Star Menu Windows 10 work

After update your windows 10 ,The start Menu and Cortana do not work,do not open while you click on it.
Here is how :

1-Open Run ,type  POWERSHELL  ,then press OK

or you can open Powershell as administrator by opening window Explorer (Press Window key+E) then click File-Open Windows PowerShell

 

 -Click OK

  2-Copy and Paste the following 

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage 

-DisableDevelopmentMode -Register

 "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

 Then Press Enter

 3-Please wait

  4- The Result like this
